How to Return a Product

To qualify for a refund, we require you mail the product back to us with a copy of your original order number or receipt in the package. To begin this process, please email us: hello@atlanticnaturals.com

The package should be mailed to Atlantic Naturals, 4273 N state Rd 7, Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319. We recommend you mail your package with a trackable service to verify delivery. 

Upon receipt of your package, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Product Arrived Damaged or Wrong Order

If your package arrives damaged, or we made an error while shipping your order, please shoot us an email--we will immediately remedy the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product to us, we will send you a new package ASAP.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
